Come join us for a one-day retreat focusing on healing energy work and mindfulness. This retreat blends the core practices of mindfulness – being fully present, aware, and non-judgmental – with energy-based techniques such as self-healing through Reiki.
 
GOALS: deepen self-awareness and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
