A VIEW FROM THE MOUNTAIN
JANUARY 2026
Welcome to the frozen world that currently has its grip on the foothills and mountains here in New Hampshire. December temperatures were well below normal, and then an icy rainstorm left our terrain frozen and very slippery. At the Hypnosis Center we had a little drama with frozen pipes.
This year I am looking forward to progress at our nonprofit “White Mountain Center for Creative Development” as a newly elected board of directors puts together a calendar of programs for the coming year. Brenda LaForce is the new president and Lori Vallante the executive secretary.
My next musical appearance at the Majestic Jazz Café will be Friday January 9th with Brian Hathaway, Jono Deveneau and Randy Ouellette. We hope to see you there.
The schedule for January is still being put together, but as usual Wednesday nights from 7-9 pm are reserved for the Metaphysical Discussion Group.
Reiki Share will be held on Monday, January 12th at 6:30. All are welcome. If you are looking to relax, recharge and connect with like-minded individuals, this is a warm and welcoming space for you to give and receive Reiki energy in a supportive group setting. This gathering is open to all. RSVPs suggested but not required; contact Brenda [email protected]. (She is also available for Reiki Appointments.)
I also continue to alternate Friday and Saturday at the Oak Street Bistro in Alfred, Maine on piano & trumpet with the Lance MacLean duo (6-9 pm). And, of course, I am also available for Hypnosis Appointments, and Lori is available for Hypnosis Appointments as well. Her contact is [email protected].
